Those wonderful Black and White Curtis Mathes Televisions.

The photo and ad below is of the Eton Model E1423 Console Television, AM / FM Radio-Stereo-High Fidelity Combination, this model came out in 1961.

Many homes in the early 1960's had at the center of the living-room a Curtis Mathes black and white console.

Needless to say it was a wonderful era for the Curtis Mathes Manufacturing Company.

A lot of folks grew up with these wonderful black and white Curtis Mathes television consoles.

The photo below is of a 1963 Curtis Mathes 23" Combo These Curtis Mathes 23" B&W combo's were wonderful units. So many of these consoles are still working today it is remarkable.

The photo and ad below is of the 1961 Fairfield Model F1423 Home entertainment center in Early American styling, crafted in genuine mountain Cherry. Features a high fidelity AM radio, Full fidelity FM radio turntable with four speeds and a diamond needle, and a deluxe CM 23 inch high fidelity picture tube for the black and white television.

The photo below is a early 1960's Curtis Mathes 3 in 1 entertainment console. * Television * Record player * Radio This is a Curtis Mathes stereophonic high-fidelity music center, and is a rare find. Most Curtis Mathes consoles that are still around are not 3 in1, and even hard to find one of their consoles in a real black ebony wood cabinet like this beauty.

The photo and ad below is of the Manhattan Model 166-23 and The Portabout Model 156-23W both came out in 1961 and were great sellers on the Curtis Mathes Showroom floors across the nation. 

This beauty below is a 1962 back and white Early American designed Curtis Mathes three in one console with all the bells and whistles of a high end model.
