The three photos below are of a very sweet Curtis Mathes stereo console. I remember working on this model; she was one of the last Spanish designs I remember working on in the 1980's. She was one of the last eight track models to come down the line in a nice Spanish style all wood cabinet; there is a touch of early American in this design which was fun to work into the Spanish European design. The clothe speaker covers are missing on this one. But that does not take away from her beauty. The three photos below are of a very sweet Curtis Mathes stereo console. The three photos below are of one of the Curtis Mathes television consoles that I did the console design work on in the mid-1980s'. She went into production in the Fall of 1986 she is Model number # AZ668RL and was 180/ Watts, 120/Volts, and 60/Hertz. I was going for a modern contemporary look for younger buyers.
