Thank you Mr Edwards. I need to repair the wood cabinet. Please your advices!
The principal parts to repair are the over of furniture and the fabric of speakers.

She was a special order, the change makes her more unique and therefore valuable, probably a one of a kind. She appears to have extra speakers on the two ends, so she was more than likely a special order for a special customer. I am glad you saved her, a very remarkable find. The company was always make special orders for folks, I remember Dean Martin once had a model made to look like a stagecoach from the old west for his home out in the Desert. Your model is a great console.

Thank you, I bought it in a TV repair shop, was going to be hurled, so, I don't know the origin.
I'm architect, and I like but in the modern style, Do you think that if it change the base loses value?

Your base was probably custom made for the customer back in the 1960's. The standard model came with a modern Danish base, your model was custom made with a what looks like a French provincial base. Your model was more than likely a special order sent in to the factory from a Curtis Mathes dealership. The buyer probably had the entire room in the same design and wanted the console to match the room.
